Suggest Ways To Manage Difficulty In Conceiving While Treating Endometriosis

Hello, My husband and I have been trying to conceive for about 3 years now. After trying for some time we decided to see a fertility doctor who diagnosed me with endometriosis. after some visits he than placed me on norethindrone, which I took for 3 nights before bed and after researching the drug my husband and I became very concerned and was told by the pharmacy that this drug was a hormone drug. I also called the nurse from the fertility clinic who told me the doctor had prescribed me this medication because he believed I was having abnormal periods. Which was not sure and I had not discussed that with the doctor. After receiving this news I stopped taking the pill and since then my periods have been abnormal. I am very concerned and would like to know would this harm my chances of becoming pregnant?
