General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Gynaecosid is primarily used for women who don't get periods however, it is also used by some to induce abortions. If you are having irregular periods with it then I would advise you to review with your treating gynecologist and start another medication as per his / her advise.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anoop Kumar, General & Family Physician
