General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

You can try opiod analgesics like tramadol or hydrocodone for long lasting pain free intervals. In severe cases you can opt for steroid injection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
