Suggest Ways To Manage Pain When Diagnosed With Thecal Sac And Nerve Compression

Hi doctor. My dad in worse pain because of thecal sac and I nervous root compression. He cannot sleep. Sitting. And unable too sleep for second. Physical therapy treatment he taking. But worse pain to having....if the Surgery is better or the physical therapy is better????
