Suggest Ways To Manage Pain When Taking Gabapentin

I have neuropathy and I am currently tacking gabapentin and low dose Norco to treat the pain. I am over weight. It seems that are certain day my pain level is much higher. I am only able to sleep in 3 to 4 hour intervals at night. Do you have any suggestions I can talk with my doctor about that might help? Would it be prudent to seek out a specialist in the treatment of neuropathy?

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

1. In order to evaluate and treat neuropathy accordingly, I highly advise to consult further with neurologist.

2. Sleeping problems you are having are due to:
- pain you feel
- Norco use

I advise to discuss again with neurologist about your sleeping problems to find the right solution.
