Suggest Ways To Manage Positional Vertigo

I have positional vertigo. It is my right ear. Usually it goes away after a couple of days when I do the exercises I was shown. I have had this vertigo for 5 days and it is the worst yet. Is there anything more I can do besides the exercises and drinking more fluid? I cannot look to the right or down. Thank you.
