Hi dear patient!
Welcome to HCM!

By the description in you query is obvious that your sugar level can't be controlled by physic activity and Glucoryl M1 only.

Physic activity helps a lot, diet with low sugar and fat and with a lot of fibers and vegetables helps a lot too.

You have either to change the dose of the medication you take from 1mg to 2mg but it can be risky because of the characteristics of the drug you use.

I would recommend you to continue Glucory M1 the same dose and add Metformin 850mg twice daily. It won't cause you hypoglycemia and will help to maintain your sugar level properly.

If you sugar level don't get stabilized again talk with your endocrinologist.
best regards!
