Suggest Ways To Overcome The Fear Of Childbirth

Hi. I am 13 weeks pregnant and I cannot seem to stop thinking about the whole giving birth process although it is far away. I am a 6 month premature and concerned as to whether or not I will be able to carry full term and give natural birth. My gyneocologist has put some of my fears to rest, but I am still concerned. I also want to know where one can get one of those belts to assist in shrinking the stomach after birth in South Africa.

Thank you

Hi,
Thanks for writing..
Childbirth is a natural process. only while going into labour, there will be pain which is quiet tolerable. Moreover these days, there is epidural analgesia where pain neednot be experienced at all. The process of labour goes on smoothly and at the time of delivery you will have to give pressure onto the perineum as instructed by your midwife. The Belt is available every where in pharmacy. hope i have answered your query. good day
