Hi this is ash.i want to postpone my period for ten days. Plz tell me names of those food that prevent bleeding.coz i know those that induce bleeding. Also suggest that primoult tablet stops bleeding. Im unmarried so i want to avoid tablets. Plz reply thanks

This is not good idea even much bad if you are not married because this could cause the disturbances in natural and physiological cycle of menses and this would long last and may some time affect the fertility, take care.
