Suggest Ways To Prevent Unplanned Pregnancy

Hello doctor, I had unprotected intercourse (condom has a hole)on Sunday. It was 16 day from my period & contraceptive pills are not available in our location. What shall I do to avoid pregnancy.(I had a daughter of 4 yrs old & we don t want another child).. Please help me.

I can understand your concern.
Possibility of pregnancy is very high in your case because you had unprotected sex in fertile period of your cycle.
There are two methods available for termination of pregnancy.
1. Medical methods. This include emergency contraceptive pills.
2. Surgical methods. Dilatation and curettege (D and C). Since you are not able to get contraceptive pills, D and C is the only option for you.
So consult gynecologist and discuss all these.
