Hi,

Several things can be done to gain weight healthily:
* Increase calorie intake: You need to consume more calories than you burn in a day to gain weight. Start by calculating your daily calorie needs using a calorie calculator and then add 300-500 calories to that number to promote weight gain.
* Focus on nutrient-dense foods: Eat a balanced diet with plenty of protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates. Some examples include eggs, nuts, avocados, sweet potatoes, whole grains, and lean meats.
* Snack between meals: Eat nutrient-dense snacks throughout the day to increase calorie intake. Good options include fruit and nut butter, cheese and crackers, or yogurt with granola.
* Strength training: Resistance training can help you build muscle, which can contribute to weight gain. Focus on exercises that work large muscle groups, such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses.
* Be patient: Healthily gaining weight takes time, so be patient and consistent with your diet and exercise routine. It is important to avoid crash diets or unhealthy weight gain practices, as these can have negative health consequences.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello,

You want to put on body weight. You have not mentioned anything about your past illness or any medical history. You are suggested to get a complete medical check up done, get all tests & investigations done. If any chronic disease is detected, get it treated at the earliest so that it may be easier for you to gain weight naturally.

Get connected to a Physical trainer. Do regular exercises, especially strength training exercises can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercises may stimulate your appetite. Take food that is good for the liver. Take digestives and liver tonics. Do not skip meals instead take smoothie and shakes. Blend of high-calorie, nutritious ingredients in a smoothie or shake can help if you're eating on the go. Take mashed potatoes, bananas, soups and juice. For more protein, you can add more milk and milk products in your diet.

Take nutritious, whole grain home made food. Take good portions. Increase the number of meals you have been taking. Stay away from addictions if any, smoking, drugs , alcohol all ruin the normal functioning of your body system. Red meat, rice, dried fruit, protein supplements, eggs, full fat yogurt, healthy fats and oil will help to gain weight. Do regular walking and jogging apart from daily workouts.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
