Hi dr I am a 27 yr old indian girl weighing 133kgs n height 5 4 undergone gastric sleeve 20 months back n experiencing no difference on my scale since 9 months but having inch loss working out for 90 mins 4 to 6 days in a week and I have pcod n hypothyroid how can I achieve my goal weight with in next year please help

First let me tell you that pcod and hypothyroid, both have metabolic complications. So it will resist your weight reducing efforts. But you can definitely achieve your goals.

Start physical activity probably high-intensity cardio workout for morning and evening. Control ingestion of carbohydrates and fats. Never lose hope and be ambitious. You will definitely achieve your goal.
