I type I Diabetic, on a insulin pump. We are still struggling with high blood glucose after meals, Doctor is adjusting, but still high. I am counting carbs etc. does Alpha Lopic A. help Type I with highs and lows. Or is it mainly for nerve pain.??

adjust your dose of medicine and in your case insulin asper advise of diabetologist. you're insulin dependent. combination of oral hypoglycemic agent can be tryed. diet and drug is to be according to advise of doctor. nerve pain is sign of involvement of target organ
