Suggest Ways To Remove Ear Ring Stuck In The Ear Canal

hi there, i think ive got the ball of tragus? piercing stuck in my ear canal,

ive got a slight ear ache and occasional discomfort from with inside my ear.

i was thinking of warming some olive oil up and dripping it into my ear/ some cotton wool and lying on one side hoping this will disolve the wax and let it drop out naturally,

is this safe or will it do more damage

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain if you have got the earring stuck in the ear and you do not not exactly it is inside or not it will be better that you go and consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can do an otoscopic examination and in case if the earring is present inside immediate removal is mandatory as if it is still present inside the ear it can go deeper and can lead to ear drum perforation as well as infections and hearing loss.
Do not ever try the remedies you are thinking about as it can be fatal and can cause ruptured ear drum and can further push the earring inside..
Better visit an otolaryngologist immediately and he can remove the earring using fine tipped twizzers without any damage..
