Suggest Ways To Terminate Pregnancy

Hi im 5months pregnant I take cytotec last wed I inserted 2 tabs in my vagina ang 4tabs in my mouth and devolve for 30 mins and swallow totally I take 12 tabs. I have fever, lbm but I dont have bleeding and the fetus didn t come out. How is that so doc?

Understand your concern
Cytoyec should be used under supervision of health care provider. Sometime induced bleeding may be delayed up to 3-4 days and it may failed to abort the baby. Ideally it should be used with mifepristone. In ectopic pregnancy also abortion is failed. So wait for bleeding for 3-4 days.
If not occur consult the gynecologist if pregnancy is present you can abort it by surgery like suction evacuation. You can not continue pregnancy because cytotec cause abnormal development of pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy also needed surgery, fluid and blood resuscitation. Meanwhile take rest, analgesic and hope for induced bleeding. If bleeding come, also go for USG to confirm incomplete abortion after 14 days
