Suggest Ways To Terminate Pregnancy

hello doctor Im Priyanka I had have sex with my bf on 14 September this month.my periods date is 21 but its too late.im worried that im pregnant.i have checked with pregnancy kit nd shows im pregnant.please suggest me medicine to prevent pregnancy after 10 days. Thanks

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Since you are already pregnant for about 10 days, it is only possible now to terminate it by using 'abortion pills'. This should be done under medical supervision.
Abortion pills are used to terminate pregnancy of less than 10 weeks.
"Abortion pills" will have 2 medicines to end a pregnancy – mifepristone and misoprostol.
Mifepristone works by blocking the hormone progesterone. Without progesterone, the lining of the uterus breaks down, and thus, pregnancy cannot continue. The second medicine misoprostol causes the uterus to empty by inducing uterine contractions.
You need to do a follow-up ultrasound scan after the abortion process to ensure all the products of conception has been expelled out completely.
Kindly consult Gynecologist in this regard for appropriate advise and management.
