Suggest Ways To Terminate Pregnancy

Hi,I am 23 year old.Married last 6 mnths ago.My last period date was october 20.I missed my periods,home pregnancy test was positive.My second month was going on,we are plannning for abortion.Can u suggest a medicine for my abortion and getting periods ?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Mifepritone and misoprostol containing abortion kit should use for termination of pregnancy.
It should be used under the supervision of the gynecologist after confirming the intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan.
It is prescribed medicine and do not use self medication at home as it cause serious complication like excessive bleeding, incomplete abortion
By method: 600 mg mifepristone should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hours.
Abortion process will start 30-45 minutes after using the misoprostol and will complete in next 4-5 days
Post abortion advises:
Follow up visit at 7th day
USG scan at 14th day to confirm the completeness process of abortion
Rest for 48 hours, drink plenty of water, maintain proper pelvic hygiene, eat healthy diet wth iron supplements
