Suggest Ways To Terminate Pregnancy

Hi Doc, I m Precious from South Africa, my boyfriend and i had sex without condom. Its been a two weeks now and I m experiencing nausea, backache and tiredness. He doesn t want a baby he says he wishes that I m not pregnant. So i wanna knos what can i do coz i cant have a baby with someone whose not ready

Hello dear
I understand your concern
nausea, backache and tiredness could be a variable symptoms of the pregnancy, premenstrual symptoms.
So first wait for the period to come.
If period will delay by more than 8-10 days then go for urine pregnancy test to confirm the pregnancy.
You can also go for blood HCG test after 10-12 days after the sex to confirm the pregnancy.
If you will be pregnant then you can terminate intrauterine pregnancy by the abortion pill under the supervision of the gynecologist after USG scan.
Mifepristone followed by misoprostol is safe and effective way to terminate the pregnancy.
Post abortion USG should done at 14th day to confirm the complete process of abortion.
Do not use abortion pill as self medication at home as it cause serious complication like excessive bleeding, abnormal development of pregnancy in incomplete abortion.
Avoid stress, take healthy drink plenty of water and do regular exercise
