General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, there are various ill effects of long run spasmo proxyvon use as:

- drug dependence
- receptor adaptations of pain control
- GI ill effect of constipation or diarrhea

* Withdrawal may be in concern with

- craving for the more dose
- headache
- uneasiness
- constipation
- dry mouth
- psychologic conflict
- others

* It is best possible way to discuss the weaning protocols with your doc as it is a systemic calender approach in such cases to be followd very vigorously.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
