Suggest Whether The Difference In Time Of Taking Cipramil Affect Its Effectiveness

Please type your query here...if i dont take cipramil at the same time each day does it make a difference to the effectiveness, i was taking them every morning between 8 and 9 but for the last 2 weeks have been taking them at different times of the day and for the last couple of days i have begun to feel very panicky and jittery?
