Suggest Yoga And Meditation For The Hypertense Focal Lesions In Cerebral Hemisphere

I am jayasimha k r I am diagonised with few periventricular and subcorttical non-enhancing T2/FLAIR hyperintense focal lesions in the bilateral cerebral hemispheres, may suggest small vessel ischemic changes, as per MRI scan and i am under consultation & treatment with DR T G Suresh, Neurologist.

I need to know some yoga / medidatation as per my doctors advice. I need your conslutation please

Anulom vilom pranayam & hot & cold spinal bath along with low fat and low protein diet and fiber rich diet is beneficial in this condition.
