Suggestions After Results Of Follicular Study With Intake Of Clome 100?
Hello Doctor, I did my HSG digital xray on 24th Dec2013 and blockage suspected in right ovary.
Last month on 28th November, i did the follicular study with intake of 'CLOME100" and it measured as below:
ET - 9.7mm
RO - DF - 18*19mm & 15*15mm
No DF in LO
No FF in POD
Please suggest further
I am yet to do it this month in another 2 -3 days.
Please suggest further

Follicular monitoring involves serial ultrasound scan all throughout the cycle.
The current report mentions that a dominant follicle was present.
However, only subsequent scans will confirm whether ovulation actually occurred or not.
Since one side blockage is suspected on HSG, please undergo a laparoscopy to confirm tubal blockage.
Also, at the same sitting, therapeautic treatment maybe carried out .
Take regular folic acid supplements.
Do not go for further follicular stimulation without confirming tubal patency.
ALso, husband's semen analysis should be done.
