Sun Burn. Field Related Job. Remedy?

Hi Doctor,
This is Rajesh Vyas from Zambia, and i have skin sun burn problem. i am 32 year old and i am working in zambia from last 05 year in mining sector. When i was in india that time problem is not much . But last 1 year it's very diffcult for me to go out and due to this problem i am unable to work. Because my job is field related i can't stay fullday in Aircon(A/C). mostly from 11 hrs to 16 hrs (day time) i am not able to go out in sun. even i notice if i do some hard work then also my body start itaching. Kindly help me this regard,

hello dear
thanks for your query at HCM
you can use sunscrean lotion like sunban or suncross which contain spf at range of 20- 30 . these will have less side effects
if still not controlling your sun effects you can go to creams with higher spf up to 50 but these will have sideffects like dryness and itching
