Suspicious Infiltrates In Chest X-ray, Shortness Of Breath, Acid Reflux

hi! my xray (in our company hospital) first week of january says, suspicious infiltrates in the right apex...third week of January, I was brought to the ER(different hospital) for shortness of breath ..the doctor adviced another xray and said it was normal same wth the ecg ..shortness of breath was caused by acid reflux ..i m confused with the different reslts of my xray..

Infiltrates in apex are tuberculous as they are mostly found in apex as it has high blood supply and high oxygen concentration.
