Suspicious Opacities Seen In Lungs, Osseous Structures, Hemidiaphrams Are Intact. Chest X Ray. Menaing?

my nanny's chest xray result says....Suspicious opacities are seen in the right upper lung field, partially obscured by the overlying osseous structures. The heart is not enlarged. The trachea is midline. The costophrenic angles and hemidiaphrams are intact. The osseous structures and soft tissues are unremarkable.

What's the meaning of this?

Pulmonologist 's  Response
The suspiciou opacities in the lungs need to be investigated. You should consult a pulmonologist as she may require tests like sputum test, a CT chest and even a bronchoscopy if the ct shows anything.
