Swallowed Fish Bone, Throat Discomfort, Vomiting, Difficulty Breathing. Treatment?

Hi today I eat fish and believe that I swallowed a fish bone. I have discomfort in my throat and feel sharpness. Threw up a couple of times. Throat hurts. Seems like a sharp bone is in my throat. Woke up not too long ago in middle of night. I feel like it is making my breathing hard but I seem to breathe fine. Tried throwing up again, but cannot this time.
