Sweating Excessively, Affects Scalp, Nervousness, Jitters. Does It Have To Do With Heating Or Air Conditioning?
I sweat excessively when I am in Walmart Stores. Iknow this sounds weird. This affects only my sclap, but by the time I leave the store, my hair looks like I have just stepped out of the shower. Other parts of my body do not sweat heavily, but I do feel hot. I am not under pressure nor am I nervous or jittery; I just can't wait to get out of the store to cool down. I have not noticed this in other stores, but I do find restaurants and other places to be overheated, but I seem to adapt after being there for a while. I am fine in my home (78 degrees) and have not noticed this problem elsewhere (church, etc.). Does this possibly have to do with the type of heating/air conditioning there?
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The symptoms that you have could be related to stress and anxiety, hormonal changes, etc. It could be related to the temperature difference of the air conditioners too. If this persists then do consult a physician for investigations. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. Regards, Dr. Rakhi Tayal , drrakhitayal@gmail.com
