Swelling And Pain On Left Cheek, Blackness In Eyes, Tingling In Teeth. Polyps Removed From Nose. Taking Medication. Recommendations?

Hi I had a polyps removed from my nose in May and all healed well, over the last week I have had swelling and pain on my left cheek, round my eye is going black, my teeth are tingling on that side like when your injection from the dentist is wearing off and aches.
I was given Amoxicillin 3x500mg a day and I have been taking Nurofen 2 tablets two hours after Amoxicillin and Paracetamol 2 tablets two hours after Nurofen, I have been taking the above since Wednesday and the pain isn't any better, is there anything else I can take please, kind regards Karen

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Karen, it appears that there is some infection of the removed polyps , and it appears to be the mixed infection, So i advise you to consult your E.N.T.surgeon for any remnants.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratiopeptidase, and anti inflamatories for relief. Thank you.

Allergist and Immunologist Dr. Suman Kumar's  Response
THERE IS SIGN OF ACUTE SINUSITIS
POLYPS ARE OUTCOME OF ALLERGIES AND AFTER THE POLYPS REMOVAL IF EXPOSED TO ALLERGENS IT CAN CAUSE INFLAMATION OF SINUS MUCOSA LEADING TO SWELLING IN THE PARTS DESCRIBED BY YOU AS THERE ARE IN IMMEDIATE ASSOCIATION OF SINUS
YOU CAN ADD METRONIDAZOLE 200 MG BD FOR 10 DAYS ALONG WITH ANTI ALLERGICS
AS ANTI ALLERGIC WILL DECREASE THE SECRETIONS IN SINUSES LEADING TO LESS PRESSURE AND PAIN IN IMMEDIATE ORGANS LIKE CHEECK AND TEETH
BUT MUST CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR FOR FURTER MANAGEMENT
