Swelling Around The Anus After Taking Antidepressants

age67,male, good health, takes antidepressants .was constipated used enema week ago .took two laxative tablets 3days ago.is having bm alright but now has alot of swelling outside of anus.what can be used to relieve the pain and swelling?

It could be peri anal abscess.Better you consult a surgeon you may require
incision. Antibiotic and anti inflammatory drug may or may not work. Thanks
