Swelling Below Penis Tip, No Trauma, Circumcision Done. Damage In Sleep Possible?
three days ago i noticed swelling just below the tip of my penis , there also three or so rubber bands inside encircling beneath the swelling, I am circumcized, have no history of diseases and have no histroy of phyisical trauma to the penis, could i have damaged it in my sleep with a prolonged and restricted erection?

Swelling over the penile tip can be due to injury.insect bite .or due to balanitis.swelling along with three rubber bands favour more towards demage due to erection in sleep.whatever reason can be it is treated with atarax 25 mg at night.antibiotic azithromycin 500 mg once daily for 6 days and use combiflame twice daily and application of fudic cream can cure it
