General & Family Physician, Dr. Vidya KR's Response
Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
With history of trauma to temple region, i feel you should get examined by doctor. Any bone fracture needs to be ruled out. May need X-ray to see for bone fracture. Any injury to surrounding structures like inner ear eye and intra cranium needs immediate treatment. Anti inflammatory medications helps to reduce edema.
Hope this helps you.
Regards
