Swelling In Penis Shaft, Hard Dots On Penis, Have Discharge. What Would A Good Medication Be?

Hello Doctor, i am 36 Year old, from past 15 days, i am feeling sweeling in my penis shaft two side, and i feeling some pain and feel some hard dots in my penis skin, i am married but for my job i stay out side of country, I like in Saudi Arab for my job, but when i talk to my wife on call my penis become hard and some time i reach to the point of discharge but i dont have discharge, i would like to request me to suggest good medicine for me,

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

Every urethral discharge raises the concern of an infection. You would need testing to correctly diagnose the cause and provide adequate treatment. there are so many different possible causes of this. A sample would be collected from this discharge, analysed, the germ identified and the correct antibiotics to address this problem would be prescribed.

For the above reasons, i would suggest that you get consulted by your primary care doctor. I cannot prescribe any medications on the internet because of several reasons which make it a bad idea.
