Swelling On Clitoris, Sore On Inner Labia, Received Oral Sex. Applied Neosporin. Suggestions?

im 27, female, around 195lbs, black. i have received oral sex from a male ( we havent had sex), he sucked a little too hard a couple or more times on my clitoris and it swelled. the swelling lasted for a couple days, it went down but a sore remained. during the next couple days i noticed little sores coming on my inner labia area and a small on by my clitoris. urinating burned a couple times and just started to itch. im getting concerned because i applied neosporin and once i got off work more sores came. help.

That could be some genital infection possibly herpes.
So you once consult gynecologist and get examined to find out the possible cause for your problem.
If she suggests you can go for swab for culture and sensitivity.
Don't use any medicines with out getting examined by the doctor.
You can go for sitz bath, that can help to some extent.
