Swelling, Redness, Fluid Leaking, From An Old Scar, Painful. History Of Cysts, Allergies. Is This The Cause For Concern?

I have a very old scar on my chin from a bike wreck when I was a kid. I had to have stitches. This was probably 10 years ago. Today it is swollen and red about the size of a half dollar and is leaking fluid from a few different spots. It is very painful. Probably a 5 on the pain scale.
I have a history of cysts but nothing else significant. Allergy's include bactrum and pain meds.

Should I be worried?

Hi oozing from the scar is an indication of secondary infection .take a course of antibiotic and apply antiseptic cream.
