Swelling, Redness, Pain In The Corner Of Toenail. Using Triple Antibiotic Ointment. Cure?

I have redness, swelling , and pain at the bottom corner of and just to the right of my big toenail. I ve had an ingrown toe nail before but swelling and pain site has always been at the top corner of toe nail..this redness and swelling starts about midway and curves around bottom of nail. I ve been putting triple antibiotic ointment on it but no help so far.

Hi i think it is acute paranychia.it can be cured by antibuotic and antiinflammatory agent and application of mupibact ointment over the lesions
