Swelling Under Right Arm Pit After Sinus And Ear Infection

Hi Dr. Grief,
I recently had (have) a sinus infection and ear infections. Now I started swelling under my right arm pit. I applied heat to it and it feels better until the heat leaves. It started yesterday I first thought I may had a cut shaving under my arms but today its larger. No lumps or anything like that just swelling. what do you suggest?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the given history here I could say that you have a two different conditions and these are not related with each other and this need to be treated separately, sinus and ear infection are to be treated separately like the lesion under the arm pit is another complaint and this is to be treated separately, take care and have a nice day.
