Swollen And Red Arm After Bitten By Mosquito, Numbness And Bone Pain. Is This Skeeter Syndrome?

Dear doc,

I'm bitten by a mosquitoe, and my arm was almost 20% larger in the infected area, it's red and swollen. I'm sure I'm having. Skeeter syndrome. The same mosquitoe bit my wife, but she is fine. Now it's approximately 24 hours, and my bitten area is hurting and I could even feel numbness and bone pain

How could u help me on this.

Hello
welcome to health care magic..
Regarding your query it may be a skeeter syndrome,,because of the above said symptoms,,
it is caused by allergenic polypeptides present in mosquito's saliva
in due course at the site of bite you may get cellulitis.
consult physician for further suggestions
Hope you understand my answer
Thank you
