Swollen Area Under Cheek, Looks Like Scratch. History Of Allergy. Can I Take Benadryl?
my son is 18 and he has a small swollen area under his left cheek, right by the left side of his lip and below the left side of his lip. The swollen area under his cheek almost looks like he was scratched by the dog or cat. The other areas are smaller. He has always had problems with allergies but not in a long time. Would it help if I give him some benedryl ?

Hi yes u can take benadryl for ur condition.take antibiotic twice daily and application of diprovate g over the lesions can cure the condition.if no response u can use oral steriods like wysolone twice daily for one week and tapered to 10mg once daily .if it is a cat scratch take inj tt to prevent tetanus
