I am a 28 y/r old male with complaints of swollen glands under ear beside the jawline and alongside of the jawline X 4 days. Currently experiencing no pain or problem chewing. However, I can feel the pressure. The swelling is noticeable to the point you can tell that the left side of my face is enlarged. The right side has just a swollen gland underneath the ear but not as nearly noticeable. No other symptoms except loss of taste and smell. Sometimes it seems like they alternate. As if I can smell better one day and taste absolutely nothing and vice versa. Any idea?
