Hi,
Thanks for asking the query,
Swollen gums occurs due to inflammation of
gingiva known as
gingivitis .
It occurs due to bacterial or viral infections , poor oral hygiene plague and calculus deposition , systemic conditions like vitamin deficiences ,
anaemia ,
diabetes ,
leukemia , use of certain drugs .
Bacterial and viral infection can lead to fever , sore throat and abscess formation.
If wisdom tooth is errupting on right side , it is difficult to clean and invites bacterial infection leading to inflammation and swelling.
I would advice you to visit to
Dentist , get complete mouth scaling and polishing done .
Use saline water gargles 3-4 times a day
Use
chlorhexidine mouthwash gargles twice daily.
Take vitamin suplements .
Get an x-ray done of the developing wisdom tooth .
Hope this helps out.
REGARDS...........
