Swollen Lymph Node In Neck. Took Antibiotic Which Didnot Help. Should I See Specialist?

My daughter has a swollen lymph node in her neck for a couple of months now and her regular doctor did blood work and said everything was fine with that and gave her a round of antibiotics to take and the medication did no help and the swelling is still there. Should she see a specialist and if yes what kind of specialist should she see? Thank you!
