Swollen Lymph Node, Itchy Scalp, Back Pain, Hair Loss. What Could Be This?

hi, im 31 y.o. 116lbs and 122lbs for past 4 months but im on a diet too....thats why i lost weight. now 3 weeks ago i had this swollen lymph node behind my right ear with itchy scalp, my doctor gave me antibiotic and yes it did get smaller but have'nt return in normal size...now im suffering from a back pain and feeling dizzy everytime my back, neck is in pain. and also i have new small like a kernel of corn painless lymph node behind the same right ear and my hair start falling. what is the meaning of this? im having a sleepless nights...help!

HI,
The basic cause of scalp itch lies in your hairs . There must be infection with dandruff or lice.it is the cause for lymph nodes enlargement/hair fall.
Drying with hair drier,not using moisturizer may lead to hair fall & itching too.
please visit a skin specialist for examination & exact diagnosis as well as
treatment (local or along with oral drugs -as per need.) cure of the condition. This treatment along with antibiotics,anti inflammatory drugs will take care of the lymph nodes.
proper hair care ( washing,combing,massaging,moisturising) following the cure & nutrition (proteins,vitamins,minerals) would induce hair growth.
