Swollen Lymph Node On Neck, Painful, Dizziness. Normal Blood Tests, Inconclusive Ultrasound. Suggestions?

I have a swollen lymph node on right side of neck, it can be seen, it'd oval shaped larger than a quarter, severe stiff/sore/painful neck and shoulders, tingling on tight side of tongue along the side, heart palpitations, dizziness.... I'm not weak, or tired... I've not lost weight, blood tests are normal, ultra sound of neck was inconclusive.... What can this be perhaps

I have gone through your query regarding swollen lymph nodes on neck, they are painful and blood test are normal and ultrasonography of neck is inconclusive.

No doubt you are having cervical lymphadenitis, this indicates there should be some pathology is going on in the drainage area that may be find out by a thorough examination. but sometimes it becomes impossible to get any primary site. In such situations F.N.A.C. from swollen lymph nodes will certainly gives important clue for treatment. Therefore you should checked yourself by F.N.A.C. from that lymph node to find out the real facts. That may be accordingly manage.
