Swollen Lymph Node Under Ear, Side Of Face, Numbness In The Area. History Of Having Severe Migraine. Connections?

HI. i have a slightly swollen lymph node under the right lobe of my ear and then on the side of my face by my ear in about a 3in diamater its numb what could be the cause of this? what i think is a swollen node hurt yesterday and feels as the size of a pea but today does not hurt as much but still there and the numbness has not changed ...i have also had a headache/ migrane for about 2 months non stop now i get them a lot but this has been consistant and that is also on my right side mainly in my temple when it gets really bad ...would could be the cause of the numbness or the constant headache/migraine

Take a course of antibiotics if it is still tender along with anti-inflammatory orally. If symptoms persist especially the numbness (if it is actually there), do consult your doctor. You may need radiological evaluation.
