Swollen Lymph Nodes, Anxiety, Irregular Periods And Discomfort During Intercourse. Bruises Or Infection?

Hello, I have had swollen lymph nodes in my groin area for over a month now. I am 26 years old 5'1", 100 pounds. I no longer drink, smoke, or use drugs and have a pretty healthy diet. I do however have extreme anxiety. During the time I was supposed to have my last period, a couple of weeks ago, I instead had a light pink discharge. I was traveling at the time and feel that the travel and stress caused my period to be irregular. I have also had some dryness and discomfort during intercourse (off and on for the last 6 months). I have been with my fiance only for about four years and we have both been tested and are clean. I went to a free clinic and the doctor felt my lymph nodes and said they were likely caused by the few bruises I had on my legs (bruises I got from pushing in chairs at work.) I had felt more like it was an infection of sorts. I would really appreciate a second opinion. And I would also like to know how concerned I should be. Thank you.
