Swollen Lymph Nodes Behind Ear, Swollen Spots Around It Spreading Out Wider, Throat Soreness And Redness. Any Advice?

My daughters lymph nodes behind her left ear has been swollen for about a year. Then within the last couple months another "knot-like" spot has showed up/another gland right next to it swell? Idk THEN win thin the last few DAYS it has started spreading out wider. She also has a sore throat. Blisters on throat and her throat is VERY red. She's had the chills an been running a fever on an off. Her sore throat started yesterday.
Any advice? Everyone says differently.
Thanks!

i think there is recurent throat infection because nodes only swll if there is rucuren throat infecton
and this hapens in chronic allergic sinusitis
there is postnasal drip on back causing chronic infection of throat causing the symptomps written by you
you can give antibiotics like cefixime 200 mg bd

syp piriton 1 tsf night
syp gelusil 2 tsf tds
meftal sos for fever
continue antibioyics for 5 days and others 2 wk
you get x ray pns waters view and consult the doctor for sinus treatment when your sinus is treated nods wil go slowly
