General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome
The swelling near neck are mostly enlarged lymph nodes. But it can also be cyst or muscle or tissue collection. As use already done FNAC, I would like to know the report of the examination before giving any comments.
You can consult your General Physician first and if he/she advised you for removal of the swelling consult your Surgeon.
Hope this will help you.
Best Wishes
