Swollen Painful Mole. Have Pus Formation. Infection?

I need help from a dermatologist.... Asmall mole with swelling and pain started 4 days back right under thigh above popliteal fossa...doc said cold be infection...gave Halox lotion and topla tablet...reduced since 2 days..but on sitting itopened up and now blood and pus coming...what should I do...is Neospirin enough here along with Halox ?

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem.
You have bacterial infection.
You need to take oral antibiotic medicine and some analgesic.
Halox is steroid one and must stop right now.
You can use neosporin cream but it is very light.
Avoid popping or pressing the lesion your own.
You can consult doctor and get it drain.
Keep take rest for 5 days and it will be okay.
