Swollen Red Right Eyelid, Treated With Oral Zyrtec, Motrin, Now Tylenol. Alternatives ?

Early May swollen red eyelid on right treated with oral Zyrtec no results. Ped prescribed viral eye drops. Drops used sporadically for a few days and did not see improvement. Waking at night screaming started mid may we assumed it was eye. Personality change was apparent during waking hours as well wirh periods of crying or screaming as if in pain. Treated with Motrin then went to dentist who stated six year old milers were coming in and would explain eye swelling. After two weeks of giving her Motrin nightly we returned to the ped who referred us to eye Dr. And i went to dentist who confirmed molars had erupted and not the source of pain. Ped told us to give Tylenol instead of Motrin at night. Blood work was ordered and came back normal. Dr. Brown diagnosed her with a bacterial eye lid infection called blepharitis. Prescribed eye ointment, arithramiacin, for ten days once per day after day 6 were told to give 2x per day. After 10 days redness of eye had subsided and eyelid was still swollen. Total mood and personality change during this time loss of appetite, interest in preferred activities, and preferred food items. At this time mid June referred to Gi and endoscopy was ordered. More blood work was done at this time. On this day an ultrasound was also given. All returned normal. Referred then to neurology where MRI is pending. EEG was performed and no signs of stroke or seizure. During the procedure the technician discovered a dent in her scalp where a once diagnosed pilar cyst was. At this time she stopped waking nightly screaming in pain but continued to wake. We went for a second opinion on the eye and was told infection resolved and prescribed an ointment of Lotemax to reduce inflammation and he stated that she was suffering from eye allergies. Treated once daily for 7 day the eye has improved. During this time sissy began to wake nightly screaming for fluids. She has had excessive drinks of fluids and loss of appetite. Sissy was taken to the ER for excessively drinking water in a short time span. Chapped lips and white coating on the tongue remain. Sleeping pattern has been thrown completely off. Food is almost forced. Nutritionist put sissy on carnation essentials now twice per day to keep her healthy and a daily multivitamin has been started. Sissy's mood and affect has been altered. We see just a glimpse of our child here and there. Friday July 5 I discovered a lump above her belly button. Ped is watching the lump and is certain it is not a hernia or a cyst. Chapped lips and excessive thirst remain a concern.
