It can be a palatal tori which is a normal overgrowth of bone in the roof of mouth or any minor salivary gland infection or as you said you have erupting wisdom tooth ,if it is infected ,can develop an abscess which is presenting in the form of sac as described by you . Get an x- ray done to rule out if it is due to infected wisedom teeth .
I would advise you to see your dentist for clinical examination as he can decide the exact cause for it.

Swelling in the roof of the mouth can be because of gum infection or by trauma or the food lodgement. Some times when you eat some thng hard or bite from the front teeth the gum between the front teeth is traumatized and is swollen. Or it can be because of the poor oral hygeine. You have to visit the dentist to find out the exact diagnosis as with out clinical examination we can not comment on this. Till then you can do warm saline rinses 2to 3 times a day and maintain very good oral hygeine.

swelling in the roof of the mouth could be due to many reasons.following are the reasons given below.

1.palatal tori in the roof of mouth.

2. Any minor salivary gland infection.

3. Erupting wisdom tooth ,if it is infected ,can develop an abscess which is presenting in the form of sac in the palatal roof.

There fore you must visit your dentist and get evaluated clinically.As it is a matter of concern.

As per your symptoms , you probably have an infection from the upper teeth or wisdom tooth , this infection is causing pressure and swelling on the roof of mouth.
It can also be an allergic reaction to something that come in contact with the lining of your mouth, can also be an salivary gland infection.

Visit to Dentist and gt an checkup done .
Take an x-ray.

At home maintain a good oral hygiene.
Use saline water gargles3-4 times a day.
Use chlorhexidine gargles twice daily.

Wisdom tooth is the last tooth to erupt in the oral cavity and often its eruption is associated with symptoms like pain and discomfort in eating , difficulty in opening mouth , swelling in the jaws and sometimes infection.

wisdom teeth are often tilted in position and impacted in the bone , gums overlying the tooth usually undergoes inflammation known as pericoronitis .

swollen sac like structure you have mentioned is may be the pericoronal flap or the infection arising from wisdom tooth.

i would suggest you to go for symptomatic treatment at home like gargling with lukewarm saline water or antiseptic mouthwash like chlorhexidine or betadine.

consult a dentist and get the examination done and if needed get the tooth extracted surgically this will subside your swelling as well.
